From the South & South West :
Leave the M1/M69 Motorway at Junction 21 (signposted Leicester).
At the Fosse Park Roundabout turn left onto Narborough Road South
(City Centre). Continue on this road for about 3 miles until
you reach the Junction
with King Richards Road and Augustine Road (A47). Turn right
at the lights and proceed over the bridge into St Nicholas Circle.
There is an NCP Car
park at the centre of the circle
, sharing its entrance with that of the Holiday Inn.
From the North:
Leave the M1 at Junction 22 and turn left at the foot of the exit
ramp. Follow this road for about 8 miles, passing Glenfield Hospital
and continuing down this road that, at this point, is called
Groby Road. At
the Junction with Blackbird Road continue straight on into Woodgate
and continue straight on into Highcross St. At the traffic lights
at the junction
with Vaughan Way turn right and bear immediate left into the
slip road for St Nicholas Circle - DO NOT go into the underpass.
You will see a
car park at the centre of the circle, next to the Holiday Inn
and continue around it until you see the entrance.
From the East:
Arriving on the A47 follow this road into the city until you reach
the roundabout at St Georges Way (Inner Ring Road) turn right
at the roundabout onto St Matthews Way. Follow this road overt
the flyover and continue
straight on for about ¾ mile. At the traffic lights at the top of Vaughan
Way (junction with St Peters Lane) bear left into the slip road
for St Nicholas Circle - DO NOT go into the underpass. You will
see a car park
at the centre of the circle next to the Holiday Inn and continue
around it until you see the entrance.
Arriving at Leicester Station turn right on leaving the Station area and walk down through a pedestrian underpass and continue straight on down Granby Street. At the Junction with Horsefair St turn left and walk up this past Town Hall Square. Continue as the road changes to Millstone Lane. Turn right into Wycliffe Street and on reaching the end, New Street is opposite. Powrie Appleby LLP's offices are the second building on the left.
From St Nicholas Circle:
Cross over the
road towards High Street and the Cathedral Tower, along St
Nicholas Place. At
the Junction of High St and St Nicholas Place turn right
and head towards Guildhall Lane. Cross over Guildhall
Lane and continue straight down the pedestrianised
area past the Grammar School on the left. At the end of the
pedestrianised zone, turn left onto Peacock Lane (The Midland
bus station is on the other side of the road). Oppostie the
Cathedral turn right into New Street and Powrie Appleby LLP's
offices are on the far end on the right hand side.
